SMS Rewards

Dave's SMS rewards:

The general Terms & Conditions for any SMS Reward redemption are as follows:

• SMS Rewards are issued to eligible Dave’s Rewards members based on the applicable outlet, campaign or reward.

• A valid SMS reward code must be presented to the cashier before payment.

• Only 1 SMS Reward is allowed per bill, per member, unless otherwise stated in the SMS received.

• SMS Rewards are valid only within the redemption period stated in the SMS received.

• Expired SMS Rewards cannot be extended, refunded or reinstated.

• SMS Rewards are personal to the registered member and are not transferable.

• SMS Rewards are redeemable at selected Dave’s Deli outlets only, refer to the SMS.

• Dave’s Deli Express at Foodle stores is excluded.

• Eligibility for dine in or takeaway redemption is subject to the conditions stated in the SMS received.

• SMS Rewards are not redeemable for GrabFood delivery or self pick up orders, private events, bulk orders and any other form of ordering.

• SMS Rewards cannot be combined with other Dave’s Deli rewards, vouchers, promotions, gift vouchers, third party promotions or discounts such as Grab Dine Out.

• Where a minimum spend applies, the required minimum spend will be stated in the SMS received.

• Once an SMS Reward has been successfully redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded, reinstated or reused.

• SMS Rewards cannot be applied after the final bill has been paid. No bill cancellation or reopening is allowed solely for the purpose of applying a forgotten SMS Reward.

• Dave’s Deli reserves the right to verify the member’s registered mobile number and reward eligibility before completing the redemption.

Types of SMS Rewards:

There are 2 types of SMS Rewards that may be issued to eligible members:

1. Item Reward

• The reward is limited to the specific item stated in the SMS received.

• Item redemption is subject to outlet stock availability.

• Members are encouraged to check item availability before confirming redemption.

• If the stated item is unavailable, members should check with the outlet team before redeeming the reward.

• Item Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, another menu item or another reward unless otherwise stated.

2. Cash Rebate Reward

• The cash rebate amount stated in the SMS will be applied as a discount against an eligible bill.

• Cash rebate rewards cannot be exchanged for actual cash.

• Any unused value from the cash rebate is not refundable and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for cash.

• Only 1 (ONE) cash rebate reward may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.

• Where a minimum spend applies, the requirement will be stated in the SMS received.

SMS Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Item Rewards and Cash Rebate Rewards can only be redeemed according to the specific reward and conditions stated in the SMS received.
